I really don't understand the card. It's bad in control since you don't want to destroy cards from your decks and bad for aggro because it is too slow.
It still seems to not be enough of a counter. It only copies secrets, that means you still have to deal with them. But it reveals all secrets to you so you don't have to play around them. We have Eater of Secrets and Kezan Mystic already. And with the amount of secret mages in wild right now they are still played very rarely and don't seem to have a big effect anyway.

Wild Even Handlock Warlock. Maybe not that strong but should be pretty fun to play all those big minions.
A solid defensive option and a beast for a potential synergy as well, some beast synergy was added to the core set. Maybe a beast druid will return.

I doubt it will be used to discard your own deck but rather to mess with your opponents deck. A hard counter to combo decks, nothing more.

The design is interesting but the effect is so weak. Even if it was "for the rest of the game" I still don't think it would be competitive.
Needs a cheap heal to be strong
If there is a strong 1 drop it will very strong just like Mark of Y'Shaarj was with Enchanted Raven

An interesting iteration of Arcane Explosion, although the rank ups seem slow. If there is a cheap source of holy spell damage it will be strong.

At least the effect is really unusual and cool
Usually tutors are really strong, but this one costs a lot. But it can see play in combo decks.
Very nice concept of level ups for spells. Baseline is not weak so it should see play in standard.
