I think good changes. A bit sad about Havester :-). Meso libre brought in line. with 4 life that one was realy a powerhouse. Not shure if a few changes like double blue for the +2 enchantement is enough. Well it shafts the blue/red (or green) aggro so maybe.
I see large effort and professional setup in this game. Its more complicated and tactical and thats good. If they can manage balace and diversity this one is intresting. Setup reminds me on shadowrun. I am there as Wolfric.
i personally got Tekahn and the deck i made works pretty well. I actually will carry the deck into tourneys (see Sinister Historyin my decklist). I would wait out if Archology gets more solid with the next expasion. The only thing is that it might work out now with the event but i am not shure. I just played against such a N'Zot/Plot twist deck that had a perfect draw and game but i outvalued/controled him with my control hunter LoL.)
I actually hate it already. Sylvanas and Nzot in standard ... Paladins with avenge and challenger.... It changes the envionment. Now you can´t play a large number of decks anymore. You either be fast or play Nzot yourself.
My deck beats other left an right ;-). I loose to good pogo players as mentioned and i loose to value decks (that will loose to all the top combo decks araound LoL) if i can´t overrun them. I thought about modifying it but it works so well ... A start with the coin is awesom. Usually a T1 lifedrinker drop or a T2 secret + 7/7 stats with hyena. Mages and Priests triggering the plate after that often conceed ... A fun variant is using Arfus for lifedrinker but lifedrinker prooved to be more stable. I try a bloodstinger for the lolz. Sometimes i wish for a ,ore powerful drop.
I climbed to R5 and above with aggro warrior before the last edition. It´s a good deck. Well my homebrew paladin is slaying combo priest and quest druid but barely holds 50% on ladder so better is in the eye of the beholder :-).
I agree that default should be theocraft or 'Just for Fun'. I would set all new decks to theocraft and you can only change that with an edit of the description. So you even don´t have an option to change on create. Maybe some will just add bla bla and change but so be it. Anything more especially admin reviewed feels complicated.
It takes out control decks most of the time. It feels a bit like having no real counter but also no clear win against most metadecks. If feels like being a T2 if played well. As said it feels unvorgiving. So even if you make it and play it you might get slaughtered. A friend tried it out today. He made the mistake to play a merchant doubling an omega loosing him the game somewhat 8 turns later. And he knew the decklist he battled. I had been clearly negative for at least 50 games. Moved to 50% with the historians and over 50% with godfrey and the scavengers gave it the last kick. Maybe i get another idea for a card to further improve it.
It´s definitely not Zoo. It´s midrange with omegas as powerful lategame if needed. I did nee a good number of games to get a grip on it. It´s not one of the straightforward decks and i struggled in the T3 range mostly due to lack of healing. So i did try out and think how to improve. I played i without Godfrey for some time to have a better control what to discard but it´s clearly better with him. Adding him improved winrate against quest paladins which were hard and it made the deck close to autowin against murlocs.As said this list is refinded multiple times with over 100 games and great to play. It brings cards into play that are unused in the meta. It might end as T3 deck after R5 but i still can´t tell.
You mentioned it looks greedy. Countess might look like that. I had been concerned to use her and did put her out and in. She showed to be very strong here.
I described the cards in the deck. Think what you are doing. This deck plans ahead. Droping a merchant at the wrong time and you loose (mabe 10 turns later ) ...
This is not a freeze mage. It´s pirats using dragonfire! :-)
And puting in freeze spells except Blizzard would ruin the deck ... You want to draw naga and pyroblast while having board presence and doing damage as good as you can.
What i recognized is that counterspells hurt the deck. Rest is toast. I love the sound and animation of Meteor :-)
I made a deck for pirates bringing blood and fire over your opponents. So enjoy the draconic inferno :-).

Draw and control. Sometimes i have usless dragonfires in my hand but at that point I have both pyroblasts and my opponent explodes ^^. Feels competative but not enough games till now.
I currently play a deck that beats the meta decks regulary. Shure you can´t win them all.... Choose a class you realy like to play then search for the deck.
I always liked shaman and am a battlecry fan so i ended up with a jade shaman. But i also have even shaman, secret paladin, even mage, mill druid and battlecry paladin that are all aproved to be strong, fun to play and off meta. My fastest climb to R4 was with the secret paladin before the last edition with new quests.
Secret mage is cheap to build and very powerful but counterable. I avoid decks that are common.
I beat them consistet with my jade shaman. I have one Kezan Mystic and two Antique Healbot in the deck. But yes it´s like autoloose if i don´t draw a healbot.
How are players participating in that deck creation? Is a Google account needed?

I am very succsessful using her in my tempo based BC shaman. Thunderhead on the board gets devasting :-)

Played it in the past with my nephew. Liked it and still remember. But it´s long ago ... Don´t know what works on win 10.

This is for all that want to use unplayed cards and off meta decks. And in that case also a challenge to play.
It happened by searching for a discover deck that i ended with warlock and well... diffrent. Kind of lackey warlock. Its a realy sinister history ....
So if you want to play unused cards, this has a lot of them. And thats the realy nice part.
I am still learning and testing that deck but already over 100 games. The deck works competative on ladder.
It is difficult to play (at least for non warlock players). Unforgiving but rewarding off meta lackey lock.
