Tune in and be the first to know what’s coming in the final phase of the Year of the Phoenix!
I wonder how they are going to implement the Darkmoon decks into HS. I loved the Twisting Nether trinket card, especially when it would proc multiple times in a PvP fight
This has me thinking about playing Cthun decks in wild! The Nostalgia has got me!
adding a twitch drop with the announcement stream is a nice touch, nothing like a free pack to open after the thing you were going to have in the background at work anyway
If that clip doesn't hint at Darkmoon Faire I'll eat my... oh nevermind.
What exactly is an "oh nevermind" and how do you plan on eating it?
Say it, I dare ya!
I see what you did there
It has halloween vibes with some carnival mixed in. Those are both associated with "modified things". Maybe this means customizing classes, dual-heroes, 2v2 or something like that. Really hope it's not all based on RANDOM like many tavern brawls because I would be REALLY disappointed. Don't do me like that blizzard...
What if - new expansion and new game mode.
That's what I'm thinking, too. When I saw that they'll have three designers on the stream, I started wondering if there will be three major announcements, with each designer talking about a different one. Maybe achievements or the infamous battle pass could be the third?
The announcement of announcements are back...
I think this is fine. It's better than just randomly starting the stream out of no where lol
0730 PT is, I believe:
The summer times go back just a few days after.
Thanks for reminding me, have to make a note in my calendar. 25th it is!
C’thun’s Darkmoon Faire!
I'm hoping the DMF card back is available again. I missed that month due to my son being born! I love that card back and DMF in general! Hype.
What happened to the " now game mode " ???
it Was supposed to come out before the third part of the year !!!
The defensive answer: it won't be the third part of the year until December, so there is plenty of time yet.
The sympathetic answer: with Covid around, delays can be forgiven.
The third part of the year begins in December. They still have almost 2 months before the next set releases.
Expect it either the last week of October or early November. Remember, BlizzCon was supposed to be early November. They were likely planning on pulling a Battlegrounds where they announced the mode at BlizzCon and it released the following week.
