A mysterious new card back quietly added in Patch 2.6.0 has harkened a new way for players to receive cosmetic items as gifts from the developers! It all started when observant players noticed something different in their collection since the patch. If you go to Collection -> Card Backs and change the filter to "Show Legacy", the Fist Bump card back appears.
Riot DanCast confirmed on reddit that this cosmetic is intended to be used in a special upcoming feature where the developers can reward individual players.

For someones who not played other riot games or doesn t know about this type of promotion. Most of the time Rito giving away wards with their log before christmas in twitter, in game, and other social media. Sometimes you just need repost and etc on specific person or sometimes you need to draw something or make a joke etc.
It is useless to implement these measures if you do not have anyone on your friends list. Why is it so difficult to add people to this game? (I say this because you have to enter the region of a person you don't even know)
