After today's mainenance we got a thematic update, including a new Solo Gate and Mate all about Vendread. In addition, first steps have been taken to make Forbidden cards available for crafting. Lot's of things in one go! You'll find all the info presented here in the in-game notifications. Are you Vend-ready?

Solo Gate - Dark, Dead Vengeance

The Vendread archetype is unique in the sense of being the only Zombie-Ritual deck. It also has a substential story hinted at throughout the different cards, allowing for a longer Solo Gate. It has only 3 Duel nodes, but 5 whole Scenario nodes.

The rewards are as following:

Shop Update

Not much in terms of quantity, but if your thirst for vengeance-seeking heroes hasn't been quenched yet, then you'll be lucky to hear that Revendread Slayer also comes as a Mate! Now all we need is a Duel Field, Field Parts and Mate Base to complete the entire set.

Available for 300 Gems.

Craftable Forbidden Cards

Now that Duel Rooms allow you to play against friends without being under Banlist regulations, Konami has made an effort of implementing some of those previously unplayable cards. This doesn't mean that any of them are likely to come off the Banlist anytime soon though, so don't get your hopes up!

Quote From Konami

Addition of Cards That Can Be Generated

As announced previously, players can now generate the following cards that are Forbidden under the Standard Regulation.

Graceful Charity

Pot of Greed

Heavy Storm

Snatch Steal

Giant Trunade

Premature Burial

Dandylion

Ancient Fairy Dragon

Level Eater

Glow-Up Bulb

Grinder Golem

Additionally, the update notes how finding Forbidden cards in the deckbuilding menu requires players to change the settings. As Forbidden Cards aren't shown under the standard function, you'll have to either change the Forbidden/Limited List in the upper right menu from "STANDARD" to "UNLIMITED", or set the Filter for Forbidden cards to "ON".
