[Updated on November 11]

A small Hearthstone hotfix patch is on the way, bringing about the usual sort of Battlegrounds adjustments, and one much needed general bug fix. There is also something for Arena fans in there, but we've made sure to talk about it separately. Expect to be able to download the update straight from your in-game clients, both for desktop and mobile! 

We've added some relevant images to the provided patch notes, as that always makes it easier to tell everything apart.


Battlegrounds Updates

There's been another hotfix patch rolling out late on November 11, mainly with the purpose of fixing Arena. But one notable Battlegrounds update also made it in. Unfortunately, the following means that we are no longer going to see a bug fix that puts stylish mustaches on Khadgar-summoned copies:

Patch 24.6.2 is a data-only patch (no app-store update required) launching today with the following updates:

Quest and Reward Updates

  • Golden Hammer and Kidnap Sack have been returned to the Quest Reward Pool.

  • Hire an Investigator (Quest)
    • Old Baseline: End your turn with unspent Gold 3 times.
    • New Baseline: End your turn with unspent Gold 2 times.

  • Volatile Venom (Quest Reward)
    • Old: Your minions have +8/+8. After they attack, they die. Horribly.
    • New: Your minions have +7/+7. After they attack, they die. Horribly.

  • Tiny Henchmen, The Golden Hammer, and Volatile Venom have been made easier to earn.
  • Stolen Gold has been made harder to earn.

Armor Tier Updates

  • C’Thun has less Armor (moved to Armor Tier 4).
  • The Jailer has more Armor (moved to Armor Tier 4).

General Updates

Deck (codes) problems didn't seem to affect everyone, but that doesn't make the fix any less important.
