Yu-Gi-Oh Master Duel's Anti-Spell Festival Has Its Own Ban List - Let’s Take a Closer Look at It

The Anti-Spell Festival is coming to Master Duel in a few days, and it has its own specific ban list, like all Festivals before it. In this article, we're taking a look at that list and putting it in an easy-to-read manner. Aside from the cards listed below and the Standard Forbidden and Limited List, all Spell cards are also Forbidden (Pendulum Monsters not withstanding).

This is probably the smallest list one of these Festivals have ever had. The usual suspects, like Eldlich, True Draco, and Time Lords have barely been hit, if at all. Goes to show how important Spells are for most Yu-Gi-Oh Archetypes. One aspect of note is that Ritual decks are basically unplayable in this Festival, seeing as they need Ritual Spells to function.
