Mercenaries out of commission?

Mercenaries doesn't seem to be working for me. All the icons are blank and cannot be clicked on. Issue is on my gaming laptop, but not mobile. Rest of Hearthstone works fine. Any ideas?

Check your settings pane.
Mercenaries data has an optional download component now (has for a little bit) and maybe that isn't downloaded.

That was my first thought, but I can't seem to find that option anywhere. It's right there in mobile, but not on the laptop. Looked both in game and in the battle net app.

I don't think the optional download exists for the computer/laptop version. Just the mobile.
Could it be an issue with character skins interacting with video settings on the laptop? That's the first thing that comes to mind for me that would make it fail on a laptop but work on mobile.
Maybe it's just an error
