New Targon Spell - Sunburst

an always 6 cost [Hearthstone Card (thermogenic beam) Not Found] that also silences sometimes in runeterra damage spells can be good even when they seem overcosted.

Silence for Champions is by far the biggest game-changer of this expansion!

Nice thing about this card is if your opponent tries to buff their unit it still will be silenced if this card gets played on daybreak.

Good card i think can deal with alot of units safely.

Might work well in deck that wants to use 6+ cost spells.

You make a good point. The fact that Sejuani decks can't play Fury of the North to protect her from this is actually pretty awesome. If they do the buff will just get negated.

6 mana at slow speed sounds like a deal breaker to me--it calls to mind Trueshot Barrage and Winter's Breath, both of which sound incredible on paper but in practice no one runs them due to how awkward they are to use.

Both of those spells are very situational, requiring opponent to have multiple weak (or weakened) units on board. For that reason, they aren't really worth the mana cost even though the effect is very powerful in a perfect world.

Sunburst is always worth the mana cost. Case in point: People use Thermogenic Beam at 6 mana all the time to remove threats like Thresh or Sejuani.

On top of this, as has been said above, a lot of the reaction options to try and avoid this damage won't even work

You are right, cause how the stack works if you try to react to this spell with a buff it will be negated

Premium sejuani removal. Like it.
