While i don't see a particular deck for this card yet, i see that this card has potential and could make some Taric list a thing
Overwhelm is always welcome, so I think Crystal Ibex is pretty good.
Is the body preferable to the value of Zenith Blade or the Regen of Augur? Maybe, sometimes.

I like how many Keyword granting cards are being added in the CotM expansions, it allows for big bodies to be at least somewhat viable. This card seems like it'd be used mainly for either Star Shepherd or Vi. It also provides a non-support body for support decks, which could make it better in that deck than Zenith Blade.
Given how nutty Zenith Blade has proven to be, I foresee a lot of innovations. Permanent overwhelm can make a lot of difference on the right unit.
A 4/4 for 4 is already vanilla value, so it has not taken a hit to its stats. And it grants permanent overwhelm to anything already on the board.
This is going to be waaay stronger than people are currently giving it credit for here. This thing will be all over the place.
This gonna be played with lee sin so he has even more of a chance to one shot you. How no one seeing this? With a deck that blocks vengeance and frost bite....
