Players that have been unable to get new weekly quests prior to a fix by Blizzard have now received compensation for the error.
If you had the issue, you have 6000 experience added to your account to make up for the lost weekly experience and an additional 600 experience for the trouble. Blizzard is still working on getting compensation out for players who missed out on daily quests due to errors and we'll let you know when that gets resolved.

Does anyone know how they identify the players that were affected by the missing daily/weekly quests? Do they go by bug reports logged by players, or is there's actual logs for every player where it'll display errors when daily/weekly quests aren't given?
Legit question, coz I'm sure I was one of the players affected but didn't track it
I'm sure they have internal data for this as most players probably didn't asked the support about this.
Wow, whole 600exp which turn in the end into 20 gold (600/4500*150), just wow.
How much extra do you feel you deserve over everyone else for a minor inconvenience? Christ, you people are greedy.
While I think 10% compensation is fine, I can see where Ikaran is coming from - at the end of the day, 20 gold feels like they might as well have not done anything. I think the issue is more with the current XP system than with greediness. You'd really think that 3 weekly quests would be worth more than 200 gold lol
The problem with weekly quest is that they aren't on top of previous reward system, they became part of new one, which means we need to do weekly+daily quest to stay with aproximetly same gold gain as before (not just daily).
1 pack would be nice. Do you remember the compensation that happened with 15.6. patch, I guess no.
You should realise you are talking to people who likely pay up to 240$ a year for this game. They are not the greedy ones here.
let's be real, if you spend 240 a year you don't give a damn about experience anyway. Battle pass is about being able to be f2p
That's not true. The sad thing is that even if you buy al lthe preorders, you still have to grind experience/gold to get everything you want. Which is even more damning for F2P players.
It‘s still a bonus for a minority of players. Everything higher would have been unfair. It‘s just stupid to riot over every single decision they are making just because Reddit has gone mad.

As usual, compensations come in waves and the actual time of getting it varies. I'll wait a day or so and then try contacting.

in my case I went to my rewards track and I had something like 7000/3000 next to my level and I had to play one game for that exp to get added to my total xp and for the game to calculate my level
