Meta Snapshot - Mobalytics

For those that have been following my meta snapshots in the past I would often pull inspiration from Swimstrims website.

But recently his calls have been all over the place reflecting his transition into a more casual player space.

Alternatively, mobalytics has been doing a great job for once so let's take a look at their deck tier list.

You see the things you would expect with Fiora Shen & Lee Zoe, scouts, pirate aggro but there's definitely an effort to include less represented options.

Putting discard aggro at the top is an inspired choice & shows that it's not just about the lists people complain about, its about what wins.

A tier is equally well representative with Ash midrange, TF go hard, Darius Sejuani, They who endure, Fearsome aggro, and warmothers ramp

The truth is that you can play any of these lists and have an equally good chance of winning, the only big miss here is Swain he's always viable.

Also you should usually see stun decks with Yassao in B tier because they can still get solid results if piloted well.

Lux also has solid control viability.

Wiggly Burblefish in TF Go Hard kinda good tho ngl. A cheap elusive unit that can potentially draw a Go Hard or Rummage. Seems like a card TF Go Hard would love a lot.

Also, the Mobalytics tier list is fairly outdated because that has not changed one bit since week 1 of Go Hard nerf. Swim's website used to look like that at one point as well. Not to mention the decklists given are Swim's decklist he uses on his site. Also in the first place, Swim's tier list is not the most accurate tier list seeing as how he literally uses high ranks only as his data.

So 1 in 11 to hit go hard, and 0 percent chance to hit rummage when not in your colors

This is the difference between theory crafting and understanding how cards actually work

Don't get me wrong TF go hard is a solid A tier list on mobalitics and it doesn't have a good finisher so jamming elusives is basically the only thing it can do but I wouldn't be surprised if we see Fizz variants far outperform by doing the same thing 10 turns faster.

If anything TF go hard should be leaning into kegs and Thresh/gangplank there's huge room for hard removal lists to thrive right now

Ah yeah, I forgot about PnZ not being in the colors. I've been playing a lot of TF Fizz so I forgot that Go Hard is just not running PnZ. I still don't think Burblefish is a good card in the deck at the very least, it replaces Cursed Keeper so the deck now has better draws late against a better early game.

Your meta snapshot? Bro, literally all you ever do is link Swim or Mobalytics' snapshot and summarize what everyone can read over there, without giving any noteworthy additional input.

And the best part is you're linking to and talking about a meta snapshot that's not updated for the newest update and therefore outdated and moot.

At least Swim's list is updated and tries to predict the actual current meta, even if he's "transitioned into a more casual player space".
