Wild OTK Warrior? Thoughts?

You'd pretty much run a mecha'thun style draw package / super control package, but you have a 28 damage combo. I know it's not ******Strictly****** an OTK but lets be honest most of the time at this stage in the game you've dealt 2 damage. If you're going to run emporer for the package then you can do 32 damage with a heroic strike and the whole combo discounted

You would need a coin / thaurissan mana discount as this is an 11 mana 4 card combo, you just need to discount grom / mercenary for 1 mana

Unfortunately this way too much fair to hope to see play in Wild...

• Against Druid 30 damage will get you nowhere near killing them seeing how much armor they can stack...
• Against Mage you'll probably get OTKed yourself way before you can draw this and even if somehow you manage to combo them Ice Block is a thing...
• I suppose it could work against Hunter but Hunter is a small percentage of the meta...
• Good luck playing Control Warrior against Big Priest... Even if you somehow make it to the late game he'll probably have hordes of Statues and LK to protect him...
• Against Odd Paladin you either draw your AOE and they concede or they stomp you before you can play the combo...
• Against Rogue you don't need a 30 damage combo to win... You either play against Odd Rogue and they concede as soon as they realize they can't win or get stomped/rekt/annihilated by a slower Deck...
• Same as Odd Rogue,Even Shaman either stomps you or concedes before you can pull this off...
• Against Warlock good luck going through Mal'Ganis/Voidlords or in alternative getting rekt by Mechathun because they draw faster than you...
• And last but not least you're not ever going through Odd Warrior's pile of armor with just 30 damage... 

TL;DR If you want to play OTK Warrior you're better off using Mechathun but even in that case I doubt the Deck would work... 

lol thanks for the comprehensive answer, basically minion-to-face OTK is too inconsistent in wild. I've had a pretty consistently high WR with mechathun warr in there tho

Who cares for breaking the meta? Go for the memes in wild casual. Do it!

First, this is wild. Do not listen to people saying that a deck won't work, because that it's true only on very high ranks. In lower ranks (and I'm not meaning >20) the meta is so diverse that no analysis will ever be true enough. While yes, you can see if your deck is an aggro midrange combo control, and then seeing how that style is working on the actual meta, but do not think that just because super popular always netdecked 30k dust deck is stronger then your deck is weak. This is wild and wild is more free then people think.

Second, did you notice that if you use a Drakkari enchanter with Thaurissan you can play 2 Bloodsworn mercenary for 42 damage? Yes it's more difficult, but you could wait for the enchanter only against high armored opponents like other slow warriors or druids.
