I'm confused as to why this doesn't just have Echo. Yes, it was a Witchwood-exclusive mechanic, but Rise of Shadows is about throwbacks; this clearly references Hagatha. So, I don't get it. Seems like an okay card though but not one I'd want to open in a pack to be honest.
okay so this is clearly the callback card of Shaman, so why doesn't it have Echo? Just feels...pointless to be honest

Witchwood-exclusive? They certainly using rush ketword in this expanion, so why not echo?

The difference is that Rush isn't a Witchwood exclusive keyword, but rather a way that Blizzard can keep printing cards that are similar to charge minions, but also make them more interesting without worrying about them being abused by aggro decks.
That's just like, my opinion, man...
Well it seems like some keywords are for flavour, because this is clearly an echo effect. Very good card regardless.
