Murozond doesn't copy hero cards!

I played Murozond the Infiniteafter an enemy shaman played his Galakrond, and i did not transform into Galakrond. It replayed all the cards except the hero card.
This is a bug right? Vanessa does replay hero cards.

Tess does replay hero cards yes, so this sounds like a bug to me too. Probably one Blizz won't miss for long so I would expect to see it get fixed reasonably quickly.
It was working before the patch, so it's probably a bug
