Wizards was being sneaky in their March State of the Game update!
A video that was included in the update briefly displayed the Unsanctioned lands in the in-game shop. This was pointed out by /u/megaRammy which lead to them receiving a private message from Wizards' own Megan with a high-res picture of the aforementioned lands.
So that confirms it, the beautiful full-art Unsanctioned lands are coming to the game next Thursday, March 12. They will only be available for Gems, unlike the Nyx lands that are currently in the shop, and it'll run you 2500 Gems for the full set of 5 lands; They are not available for individual purchase.

Arguably nicer than the ones we got in Unsanctioned itself since these have fewer borders!

Man, these lands are so cool but it would take forever for me to save up 2500 gems just from drafts. Plus I am already saving up for the master pass, so I don't think I will ever be picking up these lands.
Yeah, little disappointed they aren't coming out for Gold like the Nyx full arts =(

These look pretty good. I'm not crazy about them in arena, feel like they'd look much better in paper. I like the special land cards a lot in general though, especially the nyx. 2500 gems is a decent amount, i might just buy the temur colors or at first.
2500 Gems gets you the entire set of lands as I understand it.
