elusive is un-interactive and boring, and everyone knows it. also shadow assassin would be fine as a 3 mana 2/2 that draws a card. u have added elusive to it as if elusive is worth 0 mana. are you stupid? are you insane? fix this garbage... thx

I don’t think elusive as a keyword is inherently bad, but I do that that it is bad if they’re so good that making an elusive deck could be a game plan. For that reason, I think that cards like Shadow Assassin are a problem, and I think it could honestly be nerfed to a 4 Mana 2/3. Also, the 2/1 elusive that gains Power when you summon units is a bit too good, so maybe it could be nerfed to something like a 3 Mana 3/1.
Agreed. I'm not going to whine about elusives in general, but Kinkou Lifeblade costing 4 mana while Shadow Assassin costs 3 boggles my mind. And I agree that Greenglade Duo may be a bit overtuned. I'd nerf it to 1 attack rather than upping the mana cost.
We need to come up with standard list of counters to beat Elusives when someone complains about Elusives:
Every challenger units.
Purify
Get Excited.
Thermogenic Blast
Vengeance
Ghost
Mystic Shot
Single Combat
Every Frostbite Card
Culling Strike
Whirling Death
Death Mark
Black Spear
Every Stun Card
Avalanche
The Box

They could balance elusive in two ways, imo:
1) elusive lasts 1 turn (like barrier)
2) units with elusive can't be buffed
I lost a game where my opponent played the 3 mana 2/2 elusive and buffed it to a 5 attack unit. With 3 attack i couldn't counter it and when i drew a spell to kill it... deny!
If it remains a 2/2 it would still be anoying but at least won't kill you in they first part of the game

Also, yeah, no, contrary to their belief, runettra doesn't treat elusive as if it were 0 mana, if that was the case, Cithria of Cloudfield would have elusive, Greenglade Duo would cost 1, etc.
Though in fairness to the argument, I'm sure some of these cards would still be played if they were nerfed further, treating elusive as if it were a 1.5 - 2 mana keyword, but what they could ALSO do is maybe perhaps make elusive only work on their first attack / strike, or introduce a keyword that can block elusive (much like Magic's reach), etc.
