6 mana 4/5 draw 2 cards is already good, add to it that it must be removed on the following turn because else it will draw 4 more cards. Especially good in classes that lack draw power like Shaman and Hunter.
This card will definitely see play! Just looking at the questlines so far:
Priest - Helps you draw cards to fine the correct costed ones to play for each segment of the quest. Also helps you find the reward after you play Xyrella.
Mage - Helps you draw more spells. Good at any stage of the quest, from needing more of X, Y, Z spells to finding more damage for the +3 spell damage.
Warlock - This is where it will really shine. Getting to the end of your deck faster is and into the fatigue range is what this quest really wants to do and this is an amazing card for it.
TLDR: This card is nuts as it guarantees AT LEAST 2 draws, while having a decent statted body that can stick on the board. The only downside is if the opponent chooses not to remove it and you go "Full Northshire".
4/5 soft taunt that draws at least two cards, all for the low price of 6 mana. This is absolutely a fantastic card. It's also probably going to be a card with some hilarious highlight reels, where it gets summoned randomly and then fatigues the crap out of its controller.
So for some reason I read this as "players draw a card at the start and end of each turn", but no, it's actually just Nat Pagle on crack.
Now I'm not sure what kind of deck would run this, but I feel like the days of not having enough draw might finally be over...for everyone.
I honestly think this might be enough to help classes like Hunter to not be forced to just go aggro because they don't have the card draw to fight the long game against control. It's a pretty fantastic topdeck for any class that can take control of the board and play from ahead.

I really like this in priest since the class has not had a good card draw for a while now. 4/5 though, it's still dropping a 6 mana yeti so you get a bit behind.
I don't see this lasting more than a turn in most decks. But, it does make your opponent need to target it when played in an aggro deck as they will refuel their hand quickly if they don't
Update: I just had a vision of this used in Mage with Deck of Lunacy and a couple of Incanter's Flow... the idea of this card dropping and potentially drawing 5 cards by the time it gets back to your turn gave me hives

My mind also went straight to the Questline and how this could help achieving them. Seems like a very strong neutral card
Struggle with Heroic Galakrond's Awakening? I got your back :
So you say you like card draw? Wow, this is something else. It wasn't that long ago that aggro decks include the 1/3 librarian that fills your hand to three cards at the end of your turn (yeah I'm too lazy to look up the name). I think this might have just as good a chance to be included. You don't have to worry about a minimum hand size and it demands removal along side a bunch of other minions that are hitting you in the face. It will also be good for the quests we have seen so far in needing very specific cards to be drawn. I think this will be a must have card for a lot of decks.
Unfortunately, common sense isn't as common as it should be.
Any midrange deck that didn't have a draw engine will love this. As far as I'm concerned, if Voracious Reader was something like this, I wouldn't have been pissed off at the card in the first place.
Cornelius Roame is basically a better Genzo, the Shark as a neutral draw engine. And although it's worse than the aforementioned Voracious Reader in aggro decks (even if those decks don't use Voracious Reader at all), it fits way better as a midrange option, both for the beefy body and the soft taunt.
Rating cards on coolness factor rather than predicting power because I like screwing up rating averages (and because I suck at predicting real power levels, but we'll ignore that LUL) Wins per class (2/6/22): DH-197; Druid-996; Hunter-91«60; Mage-1056; Paladin-1126; Priest-746; Rogue-961; Shaman-1095; Warlock-871; Warrior-906
Its actually not really as good as it seems. The first problem with this card is that its a 6 mana card with no taunt or rush. The second problem is that its a low stated card for a 6 drop. So essentially its too slow for aggro decks and a bit too small for midrange. The only way you'd be playing this card is that your deck is equipped for burn or you're a control deck.
It'll never realistically be ignored on board so what you have here is a 4/5 for 6, draw 2 cards. Is that really good enough? My bet's on no.
But that's not to say that it'll never see any play. Im sure that if youre playing a class with no card draw like hunter you'd probably want some extra consistency, even with a tempo loss. And at the end of the day, its still a ok card for control.

Hmm seem very bad on first glance, but after thinking about this card for.... quite a while... I'm thinking it's not that bad anymore.
Classes with horrible card draw can really use Cornelius Roame. So naturally it will probably fit into: Shadow Priest and Seek Guidance Priest. Maybe aggresive paladin decks might also include it. Meh they probably prefer Voracious Reader.
Cornelius Roame will certainly see play for a while... Untill at least Priest gets better/good card draw, after which it wont see play anymore.
In wild it certainly wont see any play.
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.

Draw at least 2 cards, and can do way more, that's insane and the cost is not that high !

Also, what an absolute unit.
I tried having fun once.
It was awful.
Card draw for Priest, Shaman and Hunter (and other classes that want more draw). Amazing card! 100% will see play. Absolutely nuts in Arena as well.
Arena > Wild > Standard
I really like this in priest since the class has not had a good card draw for a while now.

At baseline it is 6 mana 4/5 draw 2 with potential draw more... Pretty strong and in arena can be insane

I read the card text as follows:
"Taunt.
Battlecry: At the End of this turn draw 2 cards"
Stats are low but draw 2 is great especially for classes with no draw. I'm sure it will find it's way into one of those classes.

When I remember that Azure Drake was put into HoF because all classes used it as neutral draw engine. And now I see Valarian and this on one day...
That's a lot of card draw, even if your opponent removes it ASAP. Will absolutely see some play.
Hey, you heard about that Mario guy?

That's a really strong draw engine. I guess the main reason your run Tiny Toys is to get 4 chances to evolve into this guy.
