Man, Evolved Kobold really didn't age well. NOt sure if you'd put that into any actual deck considering Imprisoned Phoenix is still a thing and no other class desperately craves spell power. that being said, the tradeable definitely saves this.
Maybe rogue can use it with the new Garrote spell?
That's a lot of Spell Damage, but 4 mana is a lot. It's basically Evolved Kobold, which only saw play during the Freeze Mage days. I'd rather run Imprisoned Phoenix and set myself up for the future.
1 star for the 2+ spell damage. 4 stars because its tradeable.
Maybe in miracle rogue, then you can get out more damage out of your [Hearthstone Card (stab (rank 2)) Not Found]. But mostly you'll just be cycling this along for 1 card.
Just a good card. Making it tradeable is going to be nuts. The idea of holding onto it after you re-draw it for a board clear and then dropping it for 1 mana and doing something bad after that is just too good to not like this card
I don't see many decks want to play this for the spell damage. Using the dormant phoenix gives you a better chance as you can set up for future plays and be assured that spell damage buff will be on board when you have the mana to play your desired spells.
Unfortunately, common sense isn't as common as it should be.

The tradable makes it a 3 star instead of 2. I'm not a spell power player so I don't think I'll play this but still I think it is better than most think.
So, they also printed Prestor's Pyromancer... which given is 2 less mana, but without tradeable... IDK, I feel this card is good, but not something worth a space in any deck.

It won't see play. 4 mana means you won't be able to combo a lot of spells off of this on the turn you play it. And 4 health means it probably won't survive until your next turn. The tradeable keyword is a nice touch, but a bad card is just a bad card whether I draw it now or later.

I guess you would trade this when you aren't in a position to take advantage of the spell damage. I guess it's okay, I don't think tradeable can make a card worse.

I tried having fun once.
It was awful.
Meh .... doesn't look that good to me. Will not realy see play i think.

Nice spell damage card with a tradeable key word. Could see play in decks wanting to combo the spell damage with a later spell.

One of the worst tradeable cards, just not very good by itself.

This is an excellent neutral spell damage card that you can toss back until you're ready for it. Awesome!

Weak.
Good enough for the next year... Not now though.

Tradeable cards are considered Tech cards. It feels strange to see a Spell Damage tech card, I am so confused.
Tradable is what saves this card, otherwise Shaman and Mage would rather play Imprisoned Phoenix.
Hey, you heard about that Mario guy?
too poor ... one star + one star because tradable
I am 69 years old and still reach Legend

Carrion, my wayward grub.
Seems like a hard card to get down at 4 mana.
