Basically a one-use Skull of the Man'ari, which I don't think people should underestimate. Yes, there is no Carnivorous Cube in Standard, but that doesn't mean that is card can just fly under the radar.
Big Demon support, but the cost of this should have been 4. A sigil turn 5 demon drop (with The Coin) to get a random demon from your hand onto the board seems mediocre at best
