Carnassa's Kitchen (Nomi Quest Hunter)

Hemet, Jungle Hunter is probably a surprising card to find in a Quest Hunter deck, but I've found him to be quite good in several versions of the deck.  One of the main issues I've found when playing Quest Hunter is that you often will have your chain of drawing Carnassa's Broods interrupted by the other 1 drops in the deck which are much less useful once the quest is completed.  Since the majority of the deck has such a low curve to begin with, it isn't too difficult to modify it for Hemet, Jungle Hunter so once the quest is done and we have Queen Carnassa in hand, we can blow up almost our entire deck to draw a few specific key cards before loading up on Carnassa's Broods.  I originally used this premise to make a sort of combo deck where the only cards over 3 mana were 2 copies of Tundra Rhino, so I could give all of the 3/2 Broods Charge.

With the release of Rise of Shadows, however, I've done it with Chef Nomi this time. Hunter has access to several cards (Tracking, Stitched Tracker, and Master's Call) that let us fish for Hemet, Jungle Hunter so we can very reliably draw him to have him ready as soon as the quest is done.  After that, we blow up the deck and play Chef Nomi.  If the opponent has a way to clear the board after that, we refill our deck using Queen Carnassa and proceed to swarm the board with Carnassa's Brood for several turns which is hopefully enough to finish the opponent off.

I've included Brann Bronzebeard because many of the 1-drops we are using have Battlecries as well as Glaivezooka, Crackling Razormaw, and Stitched Tracker, but also because he can be used with Queen Carnassa if we don't think 15 Broods are going to cut it or if we opt to not go the Nomi route and just want to flood our deck right away.

Looking at the deck, I'd say the Stitched Tracker is already doing what the King's Elekk would've done.. I'd love to see this deck in action. Just the kind of jank I'm after

Very creative deck you made there. I like that. Wouldn't it be good to add Rexxar as well to stabilize yourself better? Also, King's Elekk might tutor Hemet/Nomi if you are lucky, so Razormaw seems an odd choice compared to Elekk.

Since there are so many 1-drops in the deck I think you'd find King's Elekk would end up whiffing a lot.  Crackling Razormaw's Battlecry can help make up for the lost tempo of playing the quest turn 1 and getting Poisonous from him is really the only way this deck has to clear large minions.

Though Deathstalker Rexxar is usually really good in Quest Hunter, I haven't included him in the decklist so the only 3+ cost cards are Hemet, Jungle Hunter and Chef Nomi so you can play Hemet into an active Nomi on curve.
