We all could use a Whelping Hand every now and again.
Whelping Hand is a great card for Paladin decks which like to use big spells, and even spells which don't have a target can be cast (and will just work like normal). It can potentially represent a lot of value, though it does warp your deckbuilding to focus on huge spells and not use smaller ones which Paladin likes to use a lot.

She's one of Murozond's many children, but, somehow, she's also his great grandmother.
Its effect is very similar to Vanessa VanCleef, but the fact it's a Deathrattle makes it quite nuanced to play around: on the one hand, it gives your opponent more control over which card you'll get; but on the other hand, it makes using removal against it more punishing. It could also be a part of a hypothetical Deathrattle Dragon Priest.
(Don't take the flavor text too seriously. I know Murozond doesn't have great grandparents bc he was created directly by the Titans. I just wanted to make a dumb time travel joke)

It will wish for the perfect card assuming that the card goes back to hand without getting eaten, meaning that it won't always give 3 high value options every time.
I thought making it 2 mana would be broken and too similar to [Hearthstone Card (Zephrys) Not Found] so I made it 3 mana instead. Gave it to Paladin because they have the least amount of ways to cheat this card out. Not a Holy spell for the same reason.

Orb of the Blackwhelp is a WoW item that allows players to transform into a Black Whelp in game. Applying that to Hearthstone I thought it could be interesting to upgrade the Hunter Hero Power to summon Whelps.
For 3 mana, your Hero Power can now summon an extra 2/1 minion each turn. I gave the Whelp Charge so that, as long as there are no Taunts in the way, you can still deal 2 damage to the enemy hero.

Nethrandamus is a cool card; a shame it's also kind of sucky, because the idea of a Demon Hunter-Dragon is awesome. This is my attempt to support him.
The idea behind Whelp of Nethrandamus is that it would double the procs of whatever you're running that needs something else to die:
- Nethrandamus and Blood Herald upgrade twice as fast.
- Ur'zul Giant's Cost decreases at twice the rate.
- Feast of Souls draws twice the number of cards.
- Flag Runner gains +2 Attack per fallen ally.
- Wrathscale Naga shoots twice per fallen ally.
- Flanking Maneuver produces two 4/2 Demons on the back-end.
Know that this does not actually include Deathrattles, as the effect is written to require "other friendly minions" to be the ones dying.
Remember, Mechanical Whelp counts as a Whelp! We'll be a little lenient on what counts, but try your best to match what Hearthstone has done before.
