I'm going to miss Emeriss the most. I hit legend with Dragon Hunter during the first season of the Witchwood with Emeriss at my top end, it was one of my favorite moments in all my years playing Hearthstone.
No worries at all! I noticed that they started putting DoD decks under current standard decks, so it's pretty easy to get confused when decks are appearing where they shouldn't be.
This isn't a theory craft, this a current deck that I used to hit 5 before Curator & Ragnaros rotated. But yes, Dragonqueen Alexstrasza will most likely be an autoinclude for every single Highlander Deck & even some control decks for late game.
So excited to see Doom in the Tomb done. I liked having some of the cards (Curator, Ragnaros, Emperor T.) but Evolve & N'Zoth (because of K Defender) is just... miserable. Probably my second least favorite meta after the Quest Rogue meta we had before.
If it had Taunt like Chillmaw, I might have given it 5 stars. As it is, you have to activate it yourself; the card is okay, but I think you can do better.
That's where I'm at with it, I think at 5 it's a bit too slow against aggro, but Priest does have Reckless Reclaimer for an easy trigger, so maybe something like that could find it's way working. Either way it'll be fun to give it a tr
2 mana 2/2 that gives intel & pseudo draws you a card is incredible. Hopefully a more midrange style of Priest returns that can use this, doesn't fit at all in the current metagame builds.
I think it's great, it gives endless value & almost encourages you to run more low cost Dragons, (hitting a Faerie Dragon seems pretty good!) & the stat line is only 1 health short of a vanilla 3 drop so it feels ok if you must make the tempo play with it without a Dragon in hand.
Really unsure of this, but i THINK it's pretty good. The 1 attack of course is super weak, but 7 is high enough health that it might be able to be dealt with right away. Anything that generate endless waves of tokens has to be half decent though, I think it finds a home somewhere
I really like this card. I almost exclusively have played Dragon Hunter since Witchwood (Hitting legend with it once & getting Rank 5 every time I play it on season reset) & this really helps it. During slower meta's, Carrion Drake has been an unsung MVP of most my matches, hoping this can do similar wonders in the early game.
Love these lore articles so much, thank you for keeping up with them!
Happy Birthday!!!
This is awesome, thanks for the feature!

Good riddance! Liked the idea of the event, but evolve really killed the enthusiasm I had to play. Looking forward to going back to ladder again!
I've never bought a hero portrait but I will 100% buy a Sylvanas portrait
I think this works in a ramp deck, it'll be interesting to see what decks come out of this

I like it this a lot, I hope it ends up being as effective as I think it can be.
Fantastic article, thank you for writing it!
Healbot is good and this has a much better body and you can choose the target. I love it.

This is awesome, congratulations on getting that recognition from Blizzard!!!!
This has been great reading all these up, reveal season is one of the best times of the year
