Good changes, It will slow the deck so you can't spew unanswerable boards. Unless you have insane fill you can ran out of resources this way and It will be more fair.
Lately my biggest headache is bomb warriors at the first 3-4 matches. 5 dmg for each bomb is so unfair when you have just 20 health and 16 cards and warrior have insane amount of armor gain It's really hard to have a win against bomb warrior without the treasures. It's good that we got rid of pirate warriors but I'm not sure, I might prefer machine gun priest to bomb warriors :S
For Infinite Arcana It shouldn't be limited to Arcane spells as well in my opinion. The part where It makes it broken lies with the discovery happening within your deck. If you are going to choose from the cards in your deck most likely you are going to find a good card easily. Because of this Mages doesn't even care If they have 30 cards in the remaining deck or 5 cards, they just cast It and enjoy the Discover from 3 good cards for the rest of the game without any downside. Diluting that pool would be enough for that treasure in my opinion.
Tried some Battle Tactics games yesterday. It's definitely not unbeatable, bucket choices significantly dilute your good minions since you get offered absolute garbage buckets. And If you draw those garbage drops to fill your hand you end up losing in the early game and If the opponent have the board advantage you can't win back the board since there are almost no spells in the deck :D
On one of my matches I lived through 3 Mordresh with Battle Totem with thanks to Cheap rushing Moarg Artificiers and Alextrazsa's. Sadly It ended with 9 wins.
My experience with Ring of Phaseshifting was awful with Battle Tactics btw. It fills your hand with non-discountable expensive minions which you can't get rid of and end up losing.
Shadowcasting was insane on some scenarios. I fought a warrior using Shadow Casting and Double Legendary. Dropped a Rokkara on turn 2 and it was double rokkara's going forward each turn. At turn 5 there was no way of me stopping that board since he was getting double rokkara each turn and buffing everything that attacks 3 to 4 times
It seems everyone is playing traditional hearthstone after the expansion release :D
I was trying to make deathrattle priest work in Duels since the Alterac release and I tried to make this deck for a while. This was my 5th or 6th attempt with the same list and been able to reach to 12 win finally. Run is in casual and ended up as 12-2. It's almost the same deathrattle priest list in the last meta report but I went for Mind Tether as hero power instead of the healing one.
Best cards in deck was Bag of Coins, Korrak, Undying Disciple, and Xyrella the Devout.
I started this run last week and apparently deleted my first screenshot so I'm pasting my first match's replay instead of screenshot.
From my experience and what I noticed from Regiskillbin videos Imp-credible Trousers are brokenly good at this time. It says shuffle in the text but opponents *always* draw those first. It's really frustrating when I encounter them.
I've been able to evade the Owl OTK once as Deathrattle priest thanks to Korrak. I've been at high health/armor already at the end game and half the owl deathrattles hit Korrak when they died and since he kept ressurecting himself he absorbed a lot of hits and saved me. My opponent conceded after that since he was in fatigue.
That being said I'm not even going to touch standard except for the weekly quest any time soon.
Mantle of Ignition has incredible defensive properties. One priest opponent was buffing his all board and "Holy Fire"'ing my board for 5 Mana Deal 15 Damage, Heal for 15
I've experimented with Kindling Flame + Hero Power Mage yesterday, while the Fire spells are very powerful I kept losing with 3-4 wins. I wasn't consistently drawing my fire spells (especially later on) and that caused problems. Also when you go hard on Fire spells you left with very few defensive options. Then again unless you have good healing early run Bomb Warriors and In your Face Demon Hunters always giving me trouble.
I tried It with Mantle of Ignition and Flame Waves as my second treasure. Maybe instead of Hero Power package I need to include more defensive tools.
Got my first 12-0 run in Duels with Dragon Priest with Holy spells. It was in Casual mode.
Dragon Affinity causes you to put up incredible tempo early on and with double Battle cries I was Alexstraszaing my opponents face most of the time even when the pesky paladins hiding behind their divine shield taunts :D
I created the deck from the builder but couldn't find Holy Fire in the deck creator so replaced It with Against All Odds for just completing the deck. If you want to use the exact deck replace It with Holy Fire in game.
The problem is I only have two favorites Rogue and Priest :D and I got them offered very rarely so It frustrates me. Now Diablo is in the mix because It's new and I still get so many scenarios to get offered DH, Shaman, Mage, Warrior offered to me all the time.
Quests: I'm playing duels mostly to escape the stupid quest meta and they are prevelant here as well. I wish they never printed new quests and hoping that they never do in the future.
Not being able to choose whom I want to play: Currently all I want is to play Diablo and I have to concede so many times to get offered diablo and then I encounter ridiculous Mind Tether priests(this is borderline 3rd thing) that can murder me in 4 turns so my runs end before even reaching 4 wins anyway.
Hope Diablo will count toward Warlock 12 win conditions and I can pull the wins. I don't enjoy piloting Warlock decks maybe combining It with Warrior gives me the push I need :D

Deathrattle treasures are so bad all decks I could come up with feels so weak. The only good treasure I've seen so far is Rush treasure which gives you the edge to compete with the other decks but to my luck I saw rush offered very few times in my runs.
Tried a lot of unconventional deck ideas but none of them had any success. I never tried hunter which have the best deathrattle support cards. I already have a 12 win record with Hunter and I really don't enjoy playing Hunter in duels.
Well shit, when my run started to went well some random steal rogue decided to Yogg-Saron, Master of Fate'd me. He destroyed the whole board and became a 42/41 when I was at 40 health and 3 armor. Obviously he's been able to fill the gap and finished me and my run ended as 9-3.
I got so frustrated I quitted without even getting a screenshot from the ending screen. I also forgot to take screenshot from the start as well and too lazy to properly get the data from the deck tracker. I'll definitely try more and come up with better runs.
For Priest Deck It all makes sense to me. The only change I've made is removing Desperate Prayer and added Holy Nova. I always try to include 2 dmg board clear on all my decks to clear an unfortunate Shadow Word Void turns before they get too big.
I got offered Rhonin's Scrying Orb and Totem of the Dead as treasures and I didn't get good Deathrattle buckets offered to me. I feel like I'm churning over my deck a bit fast and Rhonin's isn't doing much. (Except allows me to play quest and Crystaline Oracle at turn 1 If I'm lucky)

I'm trying my chance with the Priest deck you suggested for now. Currently 5-2 and not feeling powerful at all I'd consider myself lucky If I can make it to 7 wins.
For Warlock deck I'll give It a try with Willow once I get offered Warlock.
Tried the Deathrattle Hunter in this list and I was lucky enough to get offered Staking A Claim and Meek Mastery. I got Grimmer Patron and Gentlemen's top Hat as treasures. Being able to drop Grimmer Patron as 4/4 on turn 1 with coin win me two or three games Itself. Ended up with a 12-2 run.
I really love this Avalon, really adds another fun purpose to the game and makes me enjoy duels more.
That being said I've reached 12-2 on Casual with C'thun Warrior. I've made little changes to the deck advised in the challenge post.
Didn't run Tealan, Twilight Elder and Kresh as they were not battlecry minions and I was aiming for All Together Now - Rally the Troops combo. Instead added Scorpid, and Lord Barov. My 6 drop was my Scrapmetal Demolitionist (Which granted me most of my wins and I lost my second match on Warrior Mirror to the Demolitionist bombs). My last three opponents were Warriors with almost identical treasures/hero powers. Two of them ran Quest one didn't. C'thun wasn't the game winner most of the time but slight board clear plus a 12/12 threat on board at the late game proved very useful on some longer matches.
