Hello, I was building a deck earlier today and when I went to save the deck I had this message :
Quote From Deckbuilder
You have too many cards in your deck.
Please remove cards to save your deck.
The deck actually had 30 cards and the selected Game Mode was Standard (not Duels where the limit is 15).
Possible cause
It turns out that I had played around with the Game Mode selection and at some point selected Duels, which sets the card limit to 15. After reverting to Standard, the deckbuilder seems to keep the 15 cards limit in memory. I tried switching Game Mode to Duels then back to Standard but the problem persisted. I could save my deck after reloading the page.
When I first experienced the bug, the card count at the top showed 30/15. However, when I tried to reproduce the problem, it showed 30/30 (but I was still unable to save the deck because of the same message). Then I tried to reproduce the bug again... and couldn't. So I'm not sure what actually caused it.
Steps to reproduce (not guaranteed)
Change the Game Mode several time during deck building
Add and remove cards from the deck
At some point, have too many cards in the deck
Click on the Duels specific sections (Heroes, Treasures) -> note that those stayed there even when I had switched back to Standard Game Mode.
Those are things I did during my deck building.
Severity
Probably low. It could be frustrating for people trying the deckbuilder, playing around and not noticing the card list is in the address bar.
Can it deal more damage than the mana you "have"? For example if I play 2 Lightning Blooms on turn 1 and then play Overdraft, can it deal 4 damage? I assume it does take the potential overload into account and not the current overload displayed on the mana bar.
this card can't be nerfed without an overhaul to how the effect works
Disagree.
To me the problem is that the cards are supposed to cost health, but if you're immune, then they cost nothing. That's what needs to be fixed. It's a cost; you should be required to pay that cost if you want to play the card. The obvious thing to do is this: when you are immune, you are not able to play cards that cost health.
If I could make my wallet immune, it would prevent thieves from stealing from it. It would not get me everything for free.
Interesting! First card that does something when dormant... and then does nothing. It should be possible to get more Dream cards using Maiev Shadowsong on this.
That's a very small pool of cards. For a comparison, Xaril, Poisoned Mind had 5 possible toxins. If they do not release other poisons, it will be too reliable.
Currently, you need to open 30 packs to unlock all Battlegrounds bonuses.
In the shop, you can buy 15 packs for 20$, so you need to spend 40$ if you want to unlock all bonuses. The next option is 40 packs for 50$, a better price per pack but still 10$ more.
For players only playing Battlegrounds, the new option to get all the perks for "only" 20$ is clearly better than what they have now.
I would expect the following from a company knowing what the players want:
Basic perks are unlocked by opening packs: choice of 3 heroes, basic statistics, emotes (something similar to the bonuses we have now)
Basic perks are more than enough for players who also play other modes and are casually playing battlegrounds
Advanced perks are unlocked by buying the Battleground pass: choice of 4 heroes, advanced statistics, ...
Advanced perks are specifically designed for players who extensively play Battlegrounds
One of Zilliax modules has an Elusive keywork. Interesting...
The link for Day 9 is wrong. It should be https://outof.cards/news/5645-all-march-of-the-lich-king-card-reveals-for-day-9/
At first glance, I thought it was a warrior card.
Is there a similar article for the Mercenaries collection filters ?
I found those to be working:
I'd like a "not maxed" filter but I couldn't find one. level:<value> is not working.
Yes indeed. Changing the Game Mode really fast seems to do the trick.
I could reproduce it again with the following steps:
After those steps, the limit stays on 15 even though the mode is not Duels.
If you add exactly 15 cards, the save deck form appears (I haven't tried actually saving the deck).
Adding more cards displays the "too many cards" error.
Unexpected behaviour

Hello, this is my entry; an infinite mana combo, featuring the new Shaman legendaries (quest line & Bolner Hammerbeak)
Any poison + Deathspeaker + Provoke
Also Bonechewer Vanguard against a board of small minions would be nice.
Can it deal more damage than the mana you "have"? For example if I play 2 Lightning Blooms on turn 1 and then play Overdraft, can it deal 4 damage? I assume it does take the potential overload into account and not the current overload displayed on the mana bar.
Oh, I wish it would work with Baku the Mooneater and give you an upgraded shadow form that deals 3 damage. Probably not though.
Disagree.

I guess the poisons are Deadly Poison, Nitroboost Poison, and the new Paralytic Poison, plus Leeching Poison in wild.

I wonder how this will work with temporary debuffs such as Wave of Apathy or Lazul's Scheme. My guess is that it will not be interesting...
Can't wait to get this from The Fist of Ra-den
I had at least 5 "Vi"... only one was valid. I would suggest to avoid using very short words in the future word searches.

I would expect the following from a company knowing what the players want:
In 2019, I was very happy when the tavern brawl down time was reduced to 1 hour (instead of 2 days)
For 2020, I'm really looking forward on the addition of dragons to battlegrounds !
Is the target random? If it is, it is not as good as I first thought.
Some cards make it obvious by adding the word "random" or "choose a (friendly) minion". This is ambiguous...
