This card is clearly a little sillier than others, but the effect is super-interesting and I'd personally love to try it out in a more control-oriented Hunter deck.
As others have pointed out, it's not terrible early game with 1/3 stats, so it might find a home somewhere, for a little while.
If this card sticks, or is cheated out, or generated randomly at the perfect time, it could enable some fantastic OTK combos. Even if you know it'll be removed, buffing up the damage of a Lightning Storm to 6 in the late game is still very, very useful. Regardless, I'm sure it'll be a core card in any Nature Shaman builds.
0-cost spells and minions always seem to hide something up their sleeves. I'm tempted to compare this to Armor Vendor or Radiance but with one you get an early game 1/3 and the other is.... well, Radiance is a card in Hearthstone, for sure.
That said, I can see this being used in the early game if an aggro deck is getting well ahead on damage and you need a quick, cheap way to stabilise without affecting your curve. On top of that, it could function well with some of the spell synergy cards like Nazmani Bloodweaver.
This could be a pretty nifty card if any aggro priest builds pop up in the new year. It would allow for at least some of those early game minions to stick around to the mid-game. Granted, Priest would need plenty of cheap (especially 0-cost) Holy Spells to make that work...
I'm still mulling over the first and second clues, but I have a hunch that the second refers to Pogo-Hopper? What that means for the King of the Sun, I'm unsure.
This deck is a criminal amount of fun to play AND low-key competitive at lower ranks? Heck yes it is! I love watching my opponent hover over my cards and start emoting when they realise it's a renounce deck with functional highlander cards XD Praise be to Yogg-saron!

Is it... Lord Jaraxxus?

Happy for someone else to post a riddle as it's been a while :)

Thanks a bunch for this one @Swizard!
Is it... Altruis the Outcast?
Is it...Thunder Bluff Valiant?
Ey-oh, @MurlocAggroB takes it with Shadow Council. Nice one! :D
Over to you...
Not Darkest Hour, but that's getting warmer! :)
None of the guesses are getting warmer so I'll narrow it down a bit more: it's not a minion.
And @DestroyerR since you mentioned tokens, it's not one of those either. It is a collectible card.
Neither one nor the other, no, but those minions are certainly associated with the card in the riddle.
Neither of those I'm afraid; it's not a Legendary.
Fair guess, but it's not from the Darkmoon expansion.
From a shattered world we came to plunder
And tore the fragile peace asunder
Alas, to spread the dark anew
We must recruit a whole new crew
Is it... Darkmoon Rabbit?
Is it... Shieldbearer?
Thanks for the strat! Super clean, super quick :)
