Well, +1 attack is weak, but it's a very cheap way to invoke and can hence be used as combo activator, has synergy with questing adventurer... It could see play.
I climbed from rank 7-9 (I don't remember exactly) to rank 5 in like two days with evolve/quest/lackey shaman. If you don't mind playing a deck everyone hates then I should be a fairly easy climb.
No, thank you! I also hate the deck.
About Highlander Secret Paladin, I lack 2 legendaries: Zephrys is definitely worth crafting, but I don't think so about Finnley. It can't be so hard to climb those 2 last ranks! I'll find a way! xD
I miss (a bit) monthly threads we used to have in "that other HS forum" about our legend climb each season so, why not starting them here?
My objective each month is rank 5 (I don't play enough hours per week to be any more ambitious). I climbed very fast in the first days with Flamewaker so I was quite optimistic, but then I fell in a losing streak, so I switched decks. Neither Secret Paladin nor Murloc Shaman have worked especially, I've been in rank 7 for 2 full weeks!!! The grind is real this month...
I'm going to try Tempo Rogue now, I need a change!
Still trying to reach rank 5, I guess I fiddled too much with different Flamewaker lists... Playing Murloc Shaman now. The Evolve meta is a bit annoying, one opponent got Deathwing early by mutating several times a Fleshshaper... But well, it will only last until October 30th, right?
Well, the problem with Zihi is that it also hurts your mana, so it may mostly fit in a deck playing mostly cheap cards, so something quite aggro. I don't think you need to bounce it back or shuffle it back: just play aggressively, play Zihi to avoid your opponent play his/her win condition turn 8-9 and try to finish your opponent before s/he is able again to play the win condition. The problem is that most aggro decks are already out of resources by turn 8, so it does not help a lot.
Thanks for the information! A customized homepage with game filtering is really good. I'd like to suggest that really big announcements are displayed on the homepage, even if they belong to games not selected by the user, for example announcing a new game.
I watched TheFishou playing it today, it seems quite effective if played more like a combo deck (drawing cards, discounting them, and waiting to play flamewaker until you have a lot of 0-cost spells in hand), probably people is playing it more like a Tempo deck.
When I'm not sure if my deck is good enough, I just record my wins/loses on paper, of course I also use a deck tracker, but on paper I can note down special things that happened, such as: bad starting hand, opponent was incredibly lucky with x y or z... That gives you a better understanding of why are you losing and gives you pointers to what to do: teching your deck, switching to a different deck if the meta is unfavorable... That is always helpful.
I'm curious about all those "rigged game" claims. Why would Blizzard want you to lose? Happy players keep playing, frustrated players leave the game >> less money for Blizzard.
Thanks for the suggestions! In the meantime I built my idea of snowballing rogue with Questing Adventurer, I only had time to play 9 games with it, but it feels good. I'll play it for some time and post it in case it performs well.
I'm happy with the entertainment I get for the money I invest in Hearthstone, I don't spend really a lot, just around 20 € per expansion, and I grind the dailies so I can but more packs with gold, but I agree it can be very disappointing for somebody starting in the game: getting enough cards to create at least one good deck in the first few months is really hard, and most players probably lose interest if they don't achieve that. So trying to fix this would be a welcome improvement.
Any suggestions of rogue decks that may be viable in Standard? Tempo Rogue is more or less the same as always, and I lack the Quest and Tess (and I'm NOT going to craft any card that generates random shit). I have been testing several Pogo Rogue combinations but with little success; next thing will be a deck with Questing Adventurer + Lackeys, it could be fun. Any other ideas? I have seen some interesting Deathrattle decks on stream, but I lack most of the legendaries needed.
Please, please, please release Eater of Secrets back into Standard as part of this October patch. There are no good anti-secret tech cards now. I would give anything to screw over the next Hunter with this card!

Oh, no! One more shaman player! xD
So I reached rank 6 the first week and I finished... rank 7. Worst season in a looong time. Sometimes I hate this game.

Upps! I missed it! Thanks!
Maybe I'm not reading it correctly, but according to https://outof.cards/hearthstone/383-doom-in-the-tomb-begins:
About Doom in the Tomb
So for me that means that, November 1st, Evolve meta will have ended. Am I wrong?

Nice deck! I'd try to fit in 1x Shiv, but I don't see anything I'd take out; maybe 1x Shadowstep.

Keep up the good job!

Deck looks OK, but winrate is terrible...
I'm missing 3 of the legendaries, but it looks good!

I also got an invitation to the survey, BTW.
The link to the deck is broken!

Is Chief Inspector so bad?
