This works well in a spell damage deck replacing or accompanying Cosmic Anomaly. Or you can use this in a dragon deck creating spells with this, Malygos, Aspect of Magic and Firetree Witchdoctor while also creating a dragon to enable your other dragon synergies.
A very powerful effect. My question would be can mage afford to play a 5 mana 2/8? The spell you generate will help regain board control but I wonder if it's good enough since dragon decks are usually highly dependent on controling the board unless you aim on a Alexstrasza burst strategy.
I think we can all agree that the effect is pretty much busted. The question is if we can have enough powerful dragons to enable it. We already have Emerald Explorer, so it's a good start.
The only thing that comes to mind with this card would be a Gonk, the Raptor style of deck including Spirit of the Raptor and Savage Striker with most hero buffing cards. It would be nice to have a new Gonk deck and this card would be a nice way to refuel and can help make sure your Savage Striker can still hit hard in the mid game.
While the effect of summoning random dragons is strong, it's really slow. Not only does she do nothing to impact the board like Ysera, unlike the original, she does not have a guaranteed immediate effect and is not a major threat. Maybe you could pull her off with enough ramp from Breath of Dreams, card draw from Overflow and support from big dragon taunts like Emerald Explorer.
At first, I thought that summoning 4 random demons would be rather weak since you would get lots of imps. But I decided to look at all the standard demons and see which ones are bad, mediocre and good (imo):
So not as bad as I thought. There will still be some heavy rng on your Galakrond, the Wretcheds battlecry. But since you'll probably be playing a zoo style of deck, the effect is still pretty good.
A very nice card that gives you good value, has poisonous to contest big minions and has dragon synergy.
I just hope that cards like this help make a new dragon hunter deck. I really liked Carrion Drake and Emeriss but they just couldn't find a home in a good hunter deck and I want them to get some love before they rotate out.
While this card will pretty much only be in a dragon deck, you won't want to play the big dragons since you will want to be able to play the dragon that gets the buff as soon as possible. A deck that runs cheap dragons such as Faerie Dragon, Bronze Herald, Twilight Drake and maybe even Brightwing might work with this card.
This card seems to be able to go either way for warrior. You can go with a more aggresive midrange deck with some charge minions such as Kor'kron Elite, Leeroy Jenkins or even Reckless Rocketeer that would benefit greatly from the +4/+4 buff. Or you could go for a mech control deck that relies on the invoke +3 attack for removal instead of face damage and then you would aim to land the +4/+4 buff on cards like Tomb Warden, Zilliax or other magnetic cards and you might even substitute for Dr. Boom, Mad Genius after Galakronds battlecry.
This card would be a nice flavor pick in any token deck like token druid. I see it having some potential in a Unseal the Vault type of deck. It would be a good finisher or quest activator accompanying Onyxia. Nothing too strong, but a nice deck to try out on launch.

Even without the battlecry this card would be great, but instead it's amazing!
