If I host one at my house for just myself (because of Covid-19), will I only be able to open packs or will I be able to play online in a specific tavern brawl or something? I don't want to host one JUST to open my packs, you know? Lol.
Question: Why do people want to craft a golden legendary first? Is there something I've been doing wrong? Also, if we are doing private at home, and will have no one at the fireside besides myself, does that mean we can't play with the new cards?

Shirvallah is a permanent discount based on the amount of Health you've restored throughout the game. Shuffling it would not change the cost in this case. In the case of the others mentioned, the effect is added once they are in hand. They are not permanent effects that can be applied while they are in the deck. So if shuffled back, the discount(s) will be gone.
Are we sure that it does this with an empty hand? Because it says to shuffle to draw. If you don't have anything to shuffle, the effect *technically* shouldn't go off. Any thoughts or clarifications that anyone can offer here??
And there's the card needed to guarantee Glide and Star Student Stelina get their Outcast ability on turn 5. Instant golden craft for all. They will all see play now, for sure.
