It is also worth pointing out that the winner might have to message the streamer to then confirm they are still in chat or simply say something in chat to win. I've seen so many people enter the word to join a raffle, leave or go afk, and then lose out on it because they weren't around to pay attention.
This makes idling several streams at once to win more difficult so if you do want to try and hit up multiple, definitely don't bother with a stream like Kripp's since your odds are already super low.
When we first brought out Tavern Crawl for Scholomance Academy it was done for two reasons:
Community Feedback - People hated missing commenting on forum threads.
More transparent process to earn site rewards.
Though both could be argued as the same thing, I like to think we could have just thrown up a page showing you non-commented threads and left it at that. Baking in the rewards and letting people see their progress, which admittedly can be an incentive to keep going, is my favourite part of it though since the question never gets asked again :D
Luckily, the whole thing is automated. Minus the initial setup where the rewards get created on the site, it never needs to be looked at again for the reveal season.
I'm glad you love it and I love that more and more people are using it to their advantage. It makes that effort last year worth it! Though I'd like to clean up the design of the page, its a bit more function right now over form :P
We'll have something more definitive in a guide - I really wanted to capture the big part of them being legendary cards and featured within the ranked spells which themselves tell a story.
Anytime you see crap art, its because there was no good source for higher-res stuff. Everything gets fixed either in an import from the Hearthstone API or when we render cards on patch day.
Art really doesn't matter - we could leave them blank =)
In this thread I've previously explained why voting is here and why its here to stay. I'm going to lock the thread because honestly, this didn't really need to be bumped.
I can't say I see a world where Blizzard lets us temporarily unlock cards for a price or restrict your deckbulding to being able to only use the cards in that deck.
Everything else they do indicates they want to give people more ways to play with their cards, so why would they add layers of confusion to how certain cards in your collection work? It just wouldn't make sense. It would also make buying packs suck because then you'd eventually unlock the "full" version of the cards that could be used freely.
Without confirmation from Blizzard I can tell you this will work exactly as it works in every other card game:
Purchase a deck.
Obtain the 30 cards that are in the deck.
The deck is added to your list of decks and can be immediately played.
You can build other decks or swap cards out in the purchased deck.
Doing it any other way and they're going to harm the game and players are going be frustrated. They make some blunders at times but they aren't that dumb
Packs are already purchasable with real money and its not like they have a limit to how many can be purchased. Whales will always get a competitive edge from the point of view that more cards = better players, but that doesn't always work out as being true because there are a lot of people with money but no brains to actually pilot the top-tier decks.
Decks in the shop only add accessibility, especially if they pick a good price. Should they also be available for gold? Hell yeah they should, that could be a great way to gold-sink players! Pay some extra gold compared to opening packs and you're essentially targeting what your first one or two legendary cards will be for the expansion by buying the deck.
There's a couple of oddities. It's either a simple mistake or there's something more to it and there are clues to find something.
A few of us were trying to put something together to no avail. I should probably ask someone if it was a mistake.
Definitely not! That red flannel will be remembered forever.

We're going to need to wait until the patch hits. If they had the data on the API, I'd pull it all onto the site.
All cards are here now!
Xyrella is a Draenei, the character in question is a Night Elf.
Stream + Dump =)

Blizzard is hitting flavour town hard!
I can't believe we got two different versions of the card lmfao.
The 2/2 that was here apparently is old. 3/3 is correct stats.
The rewards track gets reset so try and hit the next level if you can and get those rewards!
Guff lookin scary!
This!

Phone OS Version and Browser Version please =)

The initial post didn't have the Rank 1+2 cards flagged as Nature spells. This has been corrected.
Golden Shower #1
It means there are 6 less cards being revealed for tomorrow (today for most of us at this point) but overall, not a big deal.
