I agree with you. Right now we have Paragon of Light, nice card when gains +1 attack, also not bad in base form, but it never saw play. I'm afraid he will never see a play as well, especially because without any buffs he is not a good 5 drop
We had Kobold Monk with better effect, 1 mana more expensive, equally good statline. Wasn't played, so this girl propably will not be played too. Good arena card tho.
Well, it is not that bad to be honest. Summons a copy, so doesn't destroy combos or speeds fatigue. Summons minion with rush, so we can say that deal x dmg to opponent's minion, propably ~ 4 dmg, similarly North Sea Kraken. Plus minion he summons may survive. And plus he is a mech so gains rush himself when played after dr. Boom hero. Is he good enough? We will see
I have one question about this card - do we get same amount of cards or one less? I mean let say I have 10 cards and one of them is plot twist, then I cast plot twist so my hand technically goes to 9 so I draw 9 right? Or 10?
And btw this card is very good. Besides normal use, i.e. digging for more options first sort of combo that comes to my mind is dr. Morrigan or jepetto joybuzz - just an extra chance to cheat big creatures.
So this is tree of life for paladin, but for 1 mana more, 4/12 body and doesn't heal minions. Tree of life was bad card and never saw play except mill druid. As much as I like this card, I don't think it's going to be played. Vs. aggro it's too slow, vs. control it,i's better to have ysera or other value generating minion, vs. midrange it's bad to heal opponent, vs. mill it's even worse to heal opponent. He is good vs. burn. Besides immortal prelate dech, I don't see much future.
This is going to be super fun in wild, since you can get him via skull of man'ari, lackey or voidcaller. In standard - highly depends on life tap draw, propably not good enough
So this is basically 2 mana 2/1 add one card. For 2 mana we have loot hoarder, which draws a card, but little later. Lackeys are very cost efficient, but not always something you need. One overload sometimes is good, but sometimes disrupts next turn play. Consider all of this facts I'm putting him a little above loot hoarder, so in normal deck is playable, but nothing special, in overload/murlock is autoinclude.
I don't think spell huter will survive the rotation. Spellstone, to my side, rhok-rho'delar are going out, so there is no point playing pure spell hunter, for now at least.

Faceless manipulator - 2x8/7 - 16 dmg total for 10 mana
Alternatively instead blessing of kings 2x blessing o might for 20 dmg total.
