Yeah. Zilliax was a meta staple, now I barely see him at all. IDK if that's accurate since I'm f2p and in the low ranks consistently, but he doesn't show up much.
I think it's not that great. You can highroll into a charge minion like Leeroy, but generally speaking legendaries get value from synergy/battlecries. It's a bit deceptive in power level nowadays. I would compare it to a collectible Atiesh combined with Bandersmosh.
It has stealth though, so it's essentially guaranteed to trigger once. Druid also has a reasonably healthy buff package, so you can beef it up to survive.
I've seen her in some early access videos and been unimpressed.
It's a permanent steal, so it doesn't get charge.
