I was one of the first to complain. About the new system, but I ended up a new hero and enough gold for 60 packs, and I wasn't a regular, maybe logging in every 3rd or 4th day to blaze through the daily's.
I even used a couple of tickets to try out duels as well, so they got me there!
I'm a semi-F2P in that I buy 1 pre launch pack a year, then bank coins earnt throughout the year for the 2 other expansions. Normally gets me 80 free packs for each of those 2 expansions.
If this went through I'd stop playing, as I just wouldn't be able to build competitive decks on $70 a year cost, through the 3 expansions.
Agree with other comments that the pass doesn't seem to make sense on a casual game like this.
Have no idea on the overall economics for them, but this feel like a massive jump. Why not go micro transaction first and offer skins on cards, hero's, game boards, etc first. See how much that can generate then look at this.
Disagree. I think this was the plan all along. They wanted people to play it A LOT, past the initial intrigue phase, so they OPd it deliberately to scale it back like they've done.
I'm not a very good player so play for fun mostly. To that ended I love deck worthy as many random card/minion/spell generators as possible. Last year I played a Lackey Rogue a fair bit having never liked that hero much in the past. Currently zero minion mage gives me my random itch, but would love to play a deck for a hero that isn't normally a go to for randomness. If anyone has tips.
Won't it keep the stats of buffed minions?
So murlocs, the new bro paladin they seem to be pushing, could make it big?
But also agree, needs something else to make it excellent.

I don't get people complaining about this brawl, but were fine with last week's brawl.
I was winning on turn 1 last week with the shaman deck. How is that more FUN than a RNG match up?
The intro to Demon hunter was great, the outcast mech is great. I just don't enjoy playing the character. It doesn't feel different enough.
A passive hero power would be cool.
Can a "can't attack" minion be a target for this card?
Is it just me or are there less fun decks at the moment? Struggling to play something to keep me entertained this expansion.

Never thanked you for this. Always avoided priest, but this has been great to play!
