I can see use of this in stalling a game and delaying fatigue. Maybe in new quest warlock.
With Rafaam's Scheme it's Twisting Nether for 4.

You would rather like to keep your starting mage hero power to ping this whole stuff out.
Nice hard removal. Additionaly it delays fatigue.
