Also, every other member can acces to a profile page, but the hiei account it returns "server error 500"

Hi,

I created an account yesterday with the same name. It desapears. Can't log to it. So I clicked on recovery email but it never comes into my mailbox. So i decide to create a new account with the same name (apparently free). So, are accounts desapearing? Have I been deleting? If this is a bug I thing there is some emergency, desapearing members not cool :D
