I haven't acted like anything, super defensive guy. And I haven't blamed Riot for anything.
I just logged in again and match one: that same bloody Braum deck. I'm not exaggerating when I say it or some variation of it is what I face 100% of the time. For Runeterra to degenerate to a one deck game so quickly is crazy, even by HS standards. It feels very much like Eternal in this regard.
On the plus side, it's got me playing HS again after a lengthy hiatus. So it's not all bad. :)
Not for a favourite deck but yes, I crafted both Zuljin and Rafaam golden. Oh, I crafted a golden Genn too because it was essentially free. It's only dust.
Don't worry about it, it is literally just a game and (unless you're one of the top 16 players in the world) that arbitrary number next to your name means nothing at all. Once you realise and believe these things, you'll be free to play the game without anxiety or stress.
I used to get super stressed about this shit, and in some way imagined it was important, until one day one of my dogs was trying to get my attention and I turned and said, 'will you fuck off.' At that point I knew I had to get myself in check. Nowadays I'll walk away from/concede Ranked games if dinner is ready or whatever. It doesn't matter.
Right. It's still got plenty of bullshit to go round, however, but what hasn't. It's like ygo on crack, half the health, half the cards, half the phases, games are normally done in a couple of minutes. It's perfect mobile fodder. I like it a lot.
Anyone here play Duel Links? Folk are always talking about Shadowverse or Eternal or Magic Arena or whatever in their Hearthstone downtime but I rarely see mention of good old Yu-Gi-Oh! I go through phases but I prefer it to all of the above and currently I'm playing it more than HS. I don't have any great insight to add, I'm just curious.
What I'd personally like to see in situations where card nerfs aren't the answer (Baku, Patches etc.) is a ban system where certain cards cannot be played in (either) Ranked modes but are still available to use un-nerfed in other modes. Rework the Hall of Fame as a home for banned cards.
After all this time, and considering how swiftly they can and have nerfed archetypes when they want to, the only plausible reasons for not doing something about Big Priest by now are they don't want to do anything about it or they don't know how.
At this point, because they've allowed it to go too far, no one or two cards getting nerfed (not even Barnes) is gonna cut it, it needs to be nuked from orbit.
I have a couple of names I use a lot, huwuno and Shiny. The latter I earned by being well presented/wearing ironed clothes in a social circle of scruffy punks. It's my RL nickname and what most people in my hometown call me. Huwuno is the title of Welsh punk band Mclusky's debut single when they were called Best. Mclusky later rerecorded it re-titled Whoyouknow.

The best PvE adventure is League of Explorers, the Dungeon Runs don't even come close imo.
