In theory a rating reset leads to a very diverse matchmaking with everyone back at square one. However, they announced the reset is purely visual and matchmaking rating stays the same. I guess they just like the idea of players not having a single clue on how matchmaking works for them, and moved that from Standard to BG.
I was able to start a run today before the expansion release, while normally they would close Arena by that point. So maybe they really cancelled the resets. Oh, and I was not able to play more than one game, because EU arena matchmaking is broken. Maybe they just don't give a damn about arena anymore
Its effect does not work if randomly summoned. Wonder if that's intentional. Cause if so... no one is ever going to put it in a deck, and we will never see its effect outside of Arena.
For a quite a long time the Russian version of Animal Companion said "Summon a random beast"
Oh, and there still is a funny mistake with the mirror from Karazhan adventure. When it says "you have THAT in your deck?" mocking the player, in Russian it instead is terrified of the card played.
They gave us a cool cardback instead, so it's fine by me
Well, that's just factually incorrect. It's up to 15 years.
So Blizzard decided to not let Russian players buy the new packs with gold. Hope that really helps end the war!
Oh, it's much better when you include doing most of achievements in the calculations! That require playing with specific new cards.
Actually I have no clue how hard is it to do them through random shenanigans in Duels/Brawls, but I that 75% figure raises some doubt.
