Kael'Thas was given to everyone for FREE and is NOT DISENCHANTABLE anyways.
Battlefiend and Altruis are both FREE from the DH Initiate set and are NOT DISENCHANTABLE.
Glaivebound Adept and Sac Pact are also FREE from the BASIC SET and are NOT DISENCHANTABLE.
Frenzied Felwing is from an adventure but it is disenchantable, so I don't really agree with that not being given a full refund. However, the majority of the cards are FREE and you can't dust them. Plus you said only wild ones are given refunds, but Bad Luck Albatross is in fact refundable too. Also, I don't think Activision is involved in deciding how to nerf/refund in Hearthstone, and they probably wouldn't give a crap if the HS team decided to give us the free dust from basic cards. Hearthstone already provides a lot of free and realistically achievable rewards. I know you want more dust, I do too, but they're not going to pay us for them changing free cards they gave us.
