They need more select target cards instead of random target
This card is Amazing. You just toss it in any non-aggro deck with a lot of spells for good value. All of the options are good.
I wonder if this makes Spell Priest work
6/3 with aoe. Yeah not do nothing but at turrn 5 other decks will have some broken better plays.

If it was more than 3 it would say get back all spells cast while this was in your hand
From the current cards the only use for this would be tempo and burn value getting 3 of your damage spells back is big.
