Let's just look at the filtered data before we make conclusions. Here is the most recent meta data for plat+, thanks to Kozmic. Viego/Nasus is the most played deck in the meta at 9% playrate. Its winrate is a whopping 50%.
The other two Viego decks that make the top 10 most played decks only have 2-3% of the meta each. Viego Plaza has a 44% winrate and Viego dragons has a 42% winrate.
Maybe he feels unfair when you're losing to him, but I don't think those numbers require any kind of response presently.
Yeah after seeing the Viego deck statistics Viego doesn't seem problematic yet. There are better decks than viego decks right now but if those get nerfed then maybe we can talk about Viego
I would make Tirion a 4/4 because its a legendary minion and 3/3 stats just look meh and make Broodmother a 4/6 or make it 5 mana. The 4/5 frenzy minion in warrior works because it has rush and it's 5 mana a 7 mana 4/5 frenzy isn't good because its hard to trigger

I like this card its a balanced beefy legendary
I bet there will be some nice fel synergy in this expansion to make this card worth it.
Good value for the cost though
If this card is ever in the meta it will be insane. Even if it isn't good it will be very fun to play.

I like that you can't go face right after buffing since you give it rush that balances this a bit.
This is cost efficient clear for 5 mana you put this on a 1 mana minion and get a 4/2 rush good clear.
