Perhaps I am dreamer, but i strongly believe that for price of AAA game (50-80E !!) you should get full collection from said expansion. How is this not fair ?

Just to clarify: i mean full collection without any rng shenanigans. No dupes so no dust form disenchanting.
your argumentation is fair enough. And i can see some of your points as a valid ones. I hope it is you who is right, as im afraid cards like this can destroy game experience.
i see this card more like Prince Keleseth or Luna's Pocket Galaxy. If you can make good deck with card like this, you can still play your game, but drawing it early makes you almost insta-win. We have been there, and seeing cards like this being coined by your opponent is one of worst hearthstone experience. In my opinion it is just bad for the game.

Not saying this card is bad, it can be really helpful adding some strong 8 or less mana dragons to your hand. Its quite similar to Zola the Gorgon with dragon only requirement. I'm quite positive, this card will find its place in upcoming meta.

I kinda like this card. can decrease value of opponent board. Perhaps someone can fit it to murlock shaman. I still think it is more of control card
