Welp, it finally happened. The ability to destroy an enemy's armor has finally arrived. Thing is, I still don't think it will see play. For this to be considered in a decklist, the meta would have to be overflowing with Control Warriors or Paladins with High Priest Thekal, which is not a world I see happening given the cards we know thus far. This would have been a welcome addition when Druids got massive amounts of armor, but super big armor numbers just isn't the world we live in anymore. Overall, a neat tech card that could make for some interesting use if they more formally introduce a side deck, but I don't think this will see any play.
I think Thekal is going to see a little more play and against non-agro warrior, this is almost always good. But, I think some people in the Wild scene might rejoice after seeing this card. I dont Wild much so not sure how much armor a Warrior packs these days but taking armor away keeps Shield Slam out of the picture.
Ehhh healing something for 2 every turn doesn't outlast it hitting itself for 5 every turn
After the quest completed, I meant. Play this, buff to 3/8, next turn 6/11 and so on.
still sounds like a resource drain. the new HP is a break even effect but if the enemy attacks into it at all, you have to throw in lots of healing to keep it around. not to mention it will kill your own board so any minion-based healing that you put down will take 5 dmg. doesnt sound very viable (nevermind Deadly Shot or Sap)
agreed with everything you said. I dont think this is a broken card so much as Pocket Galaxy for 5 was. I see this mainly used in combo decks and the occasional tempo dragon deck out there but nothing seriously unplayable against.
I think this card is good for the variety of decks it can be put in. Pogo, Espionage, and Waxadred. It should be pretty easy to get Waxadred's deathrattle to proc a couple of times with the Necrium cards, so this could feasibly just summon 2 Waxadreds the turn its played.
Oh man. I've always loved the Pogos. This fluffy gnome is gonna make that game plan come alive
I like mechanics of this card, I would love to see it playing in some aggro decks, but I dont think so ;( On the arena is pretty cool, because those eggs basically have taunt - opponent does not want them to hatch
I think they hatch regardless. so i dont think they will be soft taunts. Also, Im not even sure they will be interactable
Maaaan, all the Fate Weaver dreams! That gives us up to 5 discount ticks (emperor, 2 dragons and 2 copies). We are very close to being able to pull off those "maximum damage w/ infinite mana" in wild ladder. I just hope priest has a control shell strong enough to survive that late.
I think you nailed it. This helps combo decks immensely
This card as a concept was overdue, but why only for rogues and not neutral, and why legendary, not common or rare?
The Geist deleted 1 mana spells so 2 copies in a deck was ok. This straight up deletes minions from the board AND deck. "Two of" would be insanely broken. Rogues have to use other card slots if they wanna bounce this back and what not so I think this as a legendary is totally fine.
I am happy that they provided some compensation for the brawl, and I don't care if i don't get the 300 gold. At least I get some packs.
What I am sad about is that the android client was messed up for more than a month and there was no compensation for that. Since it happened before the brawl, I guess I should not expect anything like that.
That is weird now that you mention it. They probably dont have a way to track people that played via mobile though.

agreed. their game plan now and the foreseeable future are lackey-less IMO. Even if this were a discover lackey, it probably wouldnt see much play.
ok dood. chill.
totally right. Will remove my comment
you forgot shamans and evolve. =
I love this weapon and I love the card you mentioned.

yea I wish that card would see play. I really wanted to use it....even if only in a T3 or T4 deck

gonna be a lot of dragon decks in the coming year or so and they will most undoubtedly be packing this.
I cant help but agree on your outcome predictions. Even the new dragons coming should still be pretty darn good at 0 cost.
I think you nailed it. This helps combo decks immensely
Life will be good. Hopefully a viable Hand/Quest lock deck will come
Can you atleast clean up the floor when you're done? =P

mage would suck too or druid/rogue with no taunts....though you are forcing the hero power.

same. n'zoth rogues just wreck me as well since i tend to play slower decks. Atleast the retirement of rotated cards is happening.
