Having it trigger at the end of turn is a big negative because if the missiles don't hit the targets you want, you can't finish the job manually (unlike with Arcane Missiles, Avenging Wrath, etc).

No, the word "lion" is gender-neutral.

I, for one, am glad that they found a way to monetize this, which means they have an incentive to continually invest in and improve Battlegrounds. 2500 gold is not that difficult to accumulate - I usually earn three times that amount each expansion cycle just from quests.

having "Resource generating" as a class weakness this card seems valuable to have as something to play early, and play around aoe.

it's a reverse Fire Fly though which just makes this card good.

It's a worse Fire Fly. Battlecry card generation effects are almost always better than Deathrattles, since you can choose to play the generated minion immediately on the same turn.

    no Rush no play.

We've had this before, it doesn't work, not even if you slam it turn 6.

    Read the card again...

I don't like the Downvote option because it seems to be used to merely say "I disagree with your post" rather than to penalise spammers, trolls or downright idiotic posts. I find that it breeds a negative atmosphere and turns me off from participating or posting any remotely controversial.

I didn't watch the stream but it sounds like this is no different from a Discover effect - so why didn't they just use the "Discover" keyword instead? "Wish for the perfect card" makes it sound like you will be given one card with no choice involved.

Sadly, it seems that Blizzard has sacrificed clarity and consistency for flavor (using "wish" because he is a Djinni).

Will this buff a minion with full health? From the wording it sounds like it would, but if it doesn't then that significantly reduces its power.

I feel like it should cost 5 mana instead. Divine Shield and Taunt ain't worth 2 extra mana over Blessing of Kings. At 6 mana it is still playable in Standard but is outclassed by Spikeridged Steed in Wild.

Oh my god, YES. I usually have 120-150 packs at expansion launch, and it takes a good half an hour to open them when I just want to go play with my new cards already. (I follow every card reveal up to the launch, so I know what they do and don't really need to read the cards again.)

The fact that the pack opening process is so tedious and labour-intensive makes it worse - you have to drag the pack to the centre, then click to open, wait for the animation, and then click each card individually to open it.

How hard would it be to provide an "open all" option if you have more than, say, 20 packs, which then brings you to a summary screen showing how many commons, rares, epics and legendaries you got? They don't even have to list every individual card, just the epics and legendaries.

The name and art of the card doesn't seem to have any obvious connection to the effect?

Agreed, I've never lost to Linzi but she does feel a bit strong for a first boss that appears commonly. Perhaps they should make her appearance rate rarer (it's ok to have a boss that is significantly tougher than others in its tier if it is a rare one).

I've seen a number of posts here criticising the dark theme, and also lots of posts on Hearthpwn citing this as one of the key reasons why they were turned off by OOC and decided not to move here.

I believe Flux said they will consider adding more themes but it is not a priority at the moment.  May I suggest bumping it way up on the priority list because something seemingly trivial and cosmetic like that is actually a BIG DEAL when it comes to first impressions and influencing whether people will join a site. If people are turned off by how the site looks, they won't even bother to explore the content you have.

Honestly, the main reason I used Hearthpwn was for the news announcements, guides, deck highlights, and occasionally the card design competitions. All of these are largely mod-driven (even things like winning decklists were often taken by mods from elsewhere and reproduced on Hearthpwn), so I will probably be sticking with OOC from now on unless the new owners of Hearthpwn somehow do a better job at implementing those aspects (which I doubt will be the case).

This site is sooo much faster than Hearthpwn. I do prefer Hearthpwn's brighter look but I guess that's a matter of preference (perhaps one feature to consider would be allowing users to choose from different options for site theme). Keep up the good work and I can't wait to see what improvements you have in store!
