As for at least half (a few I don't know) of the Magic clues this is a Kaldheim card. The troll angle is based on the art and is pretty obscure. But the part about what happens when you stay out in the cold too long is a solid hint, if the spelling is a little off.
And while I am on a roll whining about stuff, it would be nice to have a link to Snowpocalypse on the site menu like last year before the link to this year's event drops off the front page.
Edit: I'm done, except I would really want a pony.
And while we are fixing things, maybe reset the snowball counts. I mean, I don't mind starting out with a 444 snowball head start, but doesn't seem right for someone just joining this year.
Edit: Maybe we can have a lifetime achievement top 10 and the current year leaderboard.
Yeah, some of this seems a bit in-progress. I just threw a snowball that I didn't have at you, got the error, but also credit as having thrown a snowball for the daily.
This place is EXTREMELY popular with parties of Trick-or-Treaters. Not for the candy, but for... the experience.
I assumed it isn't a card so I have looked at expansions (for places), and stuff that offer experience (like Tavern Pass etc.) with an emphasis on spooky, or even just recent articles, but no luck. Any hints would be appreciated.
And here are the scores for August, assuming that August includes everything in the new thread until last Tuesday. Anchorm4n has three or four, depending on whether a question counts for a month based on the date of the question or the answer. So depending on that ruling either R wins the month outright or is tied with anchorm4n. Otherwise for display purposes I broke ties by earliest date of the final answer (so Almaniarra beat out me). For September, so far I have a point and anchorm4n may have a point depending on how we count his most recent answer.

Stuck on the cavalry one and the heavy metal. Looked at everything horseyish and spooky, and musical in recent expansions, but so far nothing.
