As meisterz39 pointed out, it's almoat nothing like Deck of Lunacy as it generates RANDOM COST minions which it then discounts by 2. It also doesn't generate neutral minions, so no fear in getting random trash neutrals. Trash class minions exist but they're still contextual trash, almost any class minion could prove useful in specific situations.
Not seeing good use still, but I believe it may be used... Well no I can't see it used in anything else but a zoo/aggro deck which rogue can't quite excel with as the class spells don't really shine for zoo
