Despite the many ways in which self damage and AOE are a boon to Warlock, the opportunity cost of running such a weak card in your deck is so high that I don't think this would see play at zero mana, let alone one. (E.g. does Beakered Lightning see any play despite the overload synergies?)
Whirlwind sometimes sees play in aggro warrior. I think the real issue isn't opportunity cost, it's the obvious counter-synergy between damaging everything and building wide token boards. which is typically what the warlock self-damage cards try to do.
Warlock, on the other hand, gets one tick of self-harm out of this. You can get that easily from hero powering, it takes up zero card slots in your deck, and it draws you a card.
Effectively a 5 mana 7/5 across three bodies, 4/2 of which has rush. If Galakrond Shaman is good, this is an auto-include. Shaman seems to have one of the weaker Galakrond's, but getting its battlecry twice with Shudderwock might change the calculus on that.
Ridiculously powerful card on its own, and since it can target any minion it has the exciting potential to crush your opponent's will or backfire comically after it's played with Archmage Vargoth.
Effectively a 1 mana 1/2 generate a class minion. [Hearthstone Card (. Compares favorably to Museum Curator - similar body, a little more random for a cheaper price - and it plays into a particular Priest archetype well. Auto-include in Galakrond Priest.
Getting a lackey is worth more than zero mana, and having this with any spell synergies (e.g. Gadgetzan Auctioneer) make it a card worth considering. Miracle Priest doesn't have the support it had back with Lyra in Un'Goro, but every 0 cost spell should be considered carefully.

In a Pure Paladin deck, you'd always run this over Truesilver Champion, but this effect is not powerful enough to convince me to build Pure Paladin. Whether or not that's a strong archetype rests entirely on Lightforged Crusader
Competitive Spirit, but you have lots more control over when it goes off. Probably decent, and a reasonable include in a swarm deck, but not a card you absolutely need to have.
Suddenly Wyrmrest Purifier looks a little less stupid...I'm not sure that you'd want the combo, but it seems like a nice way to a) have useful neutral cards in the early game, and b) generate the massive card advantage in the mid to late game without having to do a full Pure Paladin deck.
All in all, this card is awesome and will drive people to new ways of deckbuilding
1 mana draw 3 is compelling enough that people are going to try to make this work in a Mage deck - maybe Cyclone mage considering the other support tools like the new giant and legendary.
Pretty easy to activate, but you get a random minion from your deck and lose out on any battlecry. Probably not worth it in a lot of cases, but maybe you could build a deck around something like this (e.g. include mostly rush minions and high value deathrattles).
Whirlwind sometimes sees play because Warrior frequently has ways to gain loads of tempo or armor by combing with small damage effects (e.g. Execute, Plague of Wrath, Bloodsworn Mercenary, Frothing Berserker, Armorsmith, etc.).
Warlock, on the other hand, gets one tick of self-harm out of this. You can get that easily from hero powering, it takes up zero card slots in your deck, and it draws you a card.
Seems great for Quest Warrior - makes it easy to gain tempo and attack at the same time.

Good as a combo activator and a way to boost Cannon Barrage for the memes. Probably playable in wild with Ship's Cannon and Patches the Pirate.

Really strong - 3 mana 3/4 across three bodies with an aura that boosts two of the three bodies immediately. Crazy powerful for any aggro paladin

Fine card, might see play in an Elemental Cyclone Mage deck as a way to activate the new legendary, new giant, and Mana Cyclone.

Flame Lance with an upshot of not wasting damage. Seems strong enough to see play in a meta with a decent percentage of aggro and midrange decks.
Great payoff for something Cyclone Mage already does a lot. Most giants see play, and this one seems like it will too.

Above vanilla stats across two bodies - perfect for Token Druid
Very easy to make this "fair" at 3 mana, or cheat it out for even less. Super strong card.
Shaman Galakrond hasn't been revealed yet, as far as I can recall.
