Decent changes, although ending last is insanely punishing right now.
A reset every expansion, sure.. every month seems a bit too often to me.
Probably complete garbage, but who doesn't like some SMOrc.
Difficult to make work in Battlegrounds. Wrath Weaver is a necessity alongside a healthy supply of demons. Obviously no longer improves once Mal'Ganis comes into play. If you can get it early, go for it, otherwise this should be a hard pass.
Is it winners only? Or top 2/4/8/12?
