As for reverting Raza ... as fun as it is to be on the winning end of the machine gun combo, I don't miss its helpless uninteractivity play style of facing it.
I'm going to be totally fair and square on the matter: I'd like to see Raza reverted not because it would be good for Wild (like you said, it wouldn't be: just from from the top of my head, Radiant Elemental + Test Subject + Embalming Ritual + Topsy Turvy is an infinite damage combo together with 0 mana Voidform. Yeah, infinite damage, just like Sniplock capped around your turn's time limit), but rather because I can't stress enough how much I loved the deck back in the day and because Mages can take 3 turns in a row, Warlocks can play and win with Mecha'thun on turn 8 but we can't have some pew pew here and there. When I face those archetypes, my only thought is "I just wanna race them down with their own medicine".
Leeroy is a very interesting card. I wouldn't mind it being HoF'd, cause it does end a ridiculous number of games, but lately I've been using it to dilute priest res pools with whelps. I like cards that have multiple uses like that. Enabling Dragonmaw Poacher is cool. Comboing it with Unleash the Hounds and the quest is cool, but kinda problematic since it does so much damage. Losing charge may be good for the game, but classes do need good ways to end games. Maybe it shouldn't be Leeroy so much, but it's nice having cards like Leeroy :)
The main reason Flark is better is you can buff the bombs the turn you play it (after 9 Mana) which is very scary. Shu'ma will just be 1:1's at the end of your turn so it's less good for ending the game.
Yeah I just hit legend with Embiggen Druid this morning. My favorite thing was just that rogues can't sap half the minions in the deck. It felt like a nice counter to the predominant meta deck of the moment.
I'm playing something like this with great success so far. Running old Ysera and Malygos. In one game I pulled Maly from the quest and then double swiped with Vargoth for 18 burst dmg. It felt pretty dirty lol
I don't think they know exactly because it has to be approved by the Google/Apple stores? Correct me if I'm wrong but I think it usually takes a few hours.
My favorite moment from 2019 was watching Purple competing in masters. He's not someone I used to watch much but I definitely came to appreciate his personality more last year. Was bummed when he lost.
With the current cycle I always look forward to the announcement of the next expansion, finding out what's coming and seeing how everything changes when 3 expansions rotate out of standard. It's always an exciting time that I enjoy.
Does anyone know, do you only get the golden pack if you pre-order? I should probably just spend gold but I'm on the fence. $20 buys me... well, not much these days if I'm being honest.
Rafaam seems reallllly good. Got first place on my first try with him. Not only are you stealing stuff early for tempo but late-game you're potentially stealing really powerful buffing units. It... was fun :D
Agreed!
They're bringing him on to promote this new game mode
Face damage? Board freeze? Minion generation? Card draw? Seems like it could be pretty beneficial as a 10-mana cast.
Just tried this without really knowing what I was doing. My 30-dmg turn felt very dirty. Poor Priest.
You got your wish :)
This card is awesome. That is all.
Thanks! I hadn't seen all those yet.

Agreed. I wonder if the new cards this week will have any significant impact.

First game, lost to pirate warrior. Second game, milled Leeroy vs a mecha'thun lock. Rough start.

Hopefully nothing catches on fire lol

Just got first going demons with George. I love how his hero power makes up for that builds main weakness. Of course I only had 1 hp at the end lol
