If you aren't enjoying it and it's a negative overall, take a break or stop playing.

My puzzle also generated a special word (for real). Given the paranormal nature of this puzzle, I take this as some kind of divination, and assume it's the answer to the question on my mind:

And Hearthstone does have a reputation for treating some people very badly. A community team person I shall not name that I do not hold in high regard.
