There is never any reason to have a system that creates diminishing returns. That is the stupidest idea anyone ever devised. It encourages no one and discourages everyone. And to move from a system of flat rewards to one of diminishing returns is the height of stupidity. Fire every single person that okayed that change

Hey, Apex did more than a 180 on their new system. It’s now way easier than before to complete, AND they gave us 10 free levels. I’m level 40 on the battle pass just 16 days into the new season. That’s huge! If Blizzard does something similar, I will continue playing this game. If this ridiculously small change is all that they do, I’m out

Does any other game charge this much for its Battle Pass? Leave it to Blizzard to drastically overcharge for something like this as the sun begins to set on its game
I’ve played this dang game since launch. While I still enjoy it, I certainly don’t want to be forced to play more to keep up with some dang battle pass. I already have to do that with Apex Legends. And I tell ya, Blizzard, if you make me choose between the two for how I split my time, you won’t like the result
Since Archwitch Willow summons 2 demons, it seems like you could game the system by putting in only 2 demons (and hoping you don’t draw one of them). So no matter which demons you choose, you’re going to get a crapload of value. Just have to pick some good ones. 19/19 worth of stats across 3 bodies for 9 mana is beyond good
I of course must have the hero, but this is the first time one of these bundles has come out when I already have all the cards. It would be nice if you could choose the card sets you got out of a bundle like this.
How long would a person spend “farming” 100 gold? That’s less than a dollar’s worth of “work”. Imagine if you delivered pizzas for an hour. You could buy like 15 packs
Yeah, I feel ya. Deckbuilding just doesn’t come naturally with this game, and does not seem fun. I think it’s the way you slowly build your collection - vs just buying a ton and having a lot to experiment with. It’s another reason why it’s hard for me to say that I really like this. I’d almost rather them do what Elder Scrolls Legends did with selling premade decks for $5. I’d buy a couple - or all of them

I must admit this game is growing on me.
We’ll see if the massive freebies last, or if the game does.
Cosmetic items are great for some games, but card games typically sell the cards as the primary profit driver.
Time will tell.
